Macedonia has officially announced that its participation in the Eurovision Song Contest 2010 and will participate under "FYR Macedonia", to be held in Oslo, Norway. The country selected its entry through the festival Skopje Fest, which consisted of two semi-finals and a final, organised by MKRTV between 18 and 20 February. The winner of the contest was Gjoko Taneski feat. Billy Zver & Pejcin with the song "Jas ja imam silata", which tied for first place in the final with Vlatko Ilievski. == Skopje Fest 2010 == MKRTV organised Skopje Fest 2010 in February 2010. Two semi-finals were held, each containing 14 songs. 8 songs qualified to the final from each semi-final, and the final 16 songs competed to represent Macedonia in Oslo in the final. The voting consisted of televoting, and the votes of a 6-member jury, with each consisting of 50% of the total vote. The voting window for the televoting begun at the start of the show, and end 15 minutes after the final song is performed, as it was in the international contest. MRKTV announced the 28 songs and songwriters on 30 December, and their artists on 12 January. The running order for the two semi-finals was revealed on 4 February.
